This website www.shapealuminium.net.eu provides you with the opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of and purchase of goods from this Store by customers. By using this store and purchasing any goods you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

All prices displayed in the Store are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed include Goods and Services Tax.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment ( Visa, Master Card or Direct Deposit )

Payments being made via Direct Deposit. You may send a remittance to speed up the order process, please note the goods will not be shipped until funds have cleared into our bank account.

Product Description and Availability

We endeavor to provide accurate product descriptions and images in our Store. However, we cannot guarantee an accurate description if a manufacturer of a product has changed an item without notice. All products listed in the store have a stock status indicator, if your item is Special Order or Made to Order only, we are restricted by the manufacture times and shipping of that item from the manufacturer. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranties

Some products may be covered by an express warranty provided by the manufacturer or us. This warranty is an addition to your other rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace them.

Note most manufacturers insist the customer contact them directly for warranty claims. If a product has failed and has a manufacturer’s warranty, it is the customer’s duty to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the failed item. If you have a failed item you need to contact us sales@shapealuminium.net.au for help regarding your warranty to help you with the claim process.

 

Shipping and Handling

We will select the most economical and quickest way to ship your order. Your order will be packed mindfully to protect against transit damage. If your item is damaged in transit Shape Aluminium does not take any responsibility for the damage caused by the freight company and you will be directed to contact them.

Items under two metres will be shipped via light transport with either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers with tracking provided.

Items over two metres are classed as heavy freight and will be shipped via Main Freight with tracking provided.

You may use your own courier company for pick up. Your order will be mindfully packed and labelled.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes to the Terms which may be posted in the Store or online or communicate directly with you.
